As more information is learned, we’ll keep you updated, but here’s what we know so far.

Game 5 – Round 1 (Eastern Conference)

The Cavs are coming back to Cleveland for Game 5 Wednesday at 7 p.m. If they do not win, the series is over.

“It’s not over with,” Donovan Mitchell told reporters after a disappointing Game 4. “It sucks, the way we lost sucks. But ultimately, we can’t hang our head and give up, we’re not that type of group.”

Rest of the Round 1 schedule

The series game format is 2-2-1-1-1. It remains to be clear if we’ll need more than a Game 5.

Should the Cavs make it through the first round, it’s a long road ahead. The 2023 NBA Finals are scheduled to start June 1.
