CLEVELAND– The series is not over. That’s the message Cavaliers head coach Tyronn Lue had for the team after Friday night’s loss.

Golden State leads the NBA Finals, 3-1, with Game 5 Monday night at Oracle Arena in Oakland.

“If you don’t think we can win, don’t get on the plane,” Lue said. “We’ve got to come back to Cleveland.” If there is a Game 6, it will be back at Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland.

“We gotta go out there and obviously play better than we did tonight,” James said. “We’ve gotta get one.”

The game was physical, especially at the end with shoving between LeBron James and Golden State’s Draymond Green.

“Draymond said something I didn’t agree with,” James said. “Being a guy with kids, being a guy with pride, we said something that was a little overboard.” He wouldn’t explain exactly what was said, but added he loves going up against Green as a competitor.

The league can review the incident. Green already has three flagrant fouls for the playoffs. Another one could get him suspended for Monday’s Game 5.

James also mentioned being disappointed by the number of times he went to the line, which is something the Cavs coach discussed earlier.

“I’m not talking about the referees. I’m going to keep my 25K,” James said.

“He (LeBron) never gets calls… He doesn’t get a fair whistle every time because of his power, because of his strength,” Lue said.

Lue defended his choice to start Richard Jefferson over Kevin Love, who was cleared to play from the league’s concussion protocol less than an hour before the game.

“After winning the game by 30 points, I thought it was the right thing to do,” Lue told reporters.
