According to Sports Illustrated he said, “I had no sugars, no dairy, I had no carbs. All I ate was meat, fish, veggies and fruit. That’s it. For 67 straight days.”

SI reports that the four-time MVP described the diet as a mental challenge and his initial plan was to cut back for a month, but he kept going because his body felt good.
LeBron James wouldn't reveal how many pounds he lost, but he does look noticeably smaller.
