OHSAA Playoffs: Regional Final Pairings

CLEVELAND — It is week three of the 2013 OHSAA Football Playoffs –  the Regional Finals in Divisions II, III, IV, V, VI and VII, and the Regional Semifinals in Division I.

21 local teams are still alive for State Championships, including 2012 Division III Champion St. Vincent-St. Mary and 2012 Division V Runner-Up Kirtland.

The Irish (12-0) meet Hubbard (12-0) in the Region 7 Final, Friday.

It is one of tow battles of unbeatens, the other being Avon (12-0) vs Highland (12-0) in Region 4.

The winners will advance to the State Semifinals next weekend.

Here are all of this weekend’s Playoff pairings, with seeds and updated records:

Division I – Games at 7 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 23
Region 1
1  St. Edward (10-1) vs.  4 Austintown Fitch (12-0)
2  Mentor (11-1) vs.  11 St. Ignatius (8-4)

Division II – Games at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 22
Region 3
1  Glenville (11-1) vs. 6 Madison (10-2)
