Friday Night Touchdown Commissioner Dan Coughlin took his umbrella and headed west.  His first stop to see the Olmsted Falls Bulldogs and Midview Middies.  The Middies got the 35 to 10 victory without quarterback Dustin Crum under center.  Logan Bolin ran the offense and rushed for 146 yards and three touchdowns.   Dimitri Redwood had nine catches for 150 yards and scored two touchdowns.

Midview will play Lakewood as Avon Lake will play North Ridgeville

He then saw the Avon Eagles soar over the North Ridgeville Rangers 48-14.  Avon led 31-0 at the half and never looked back.   The Eagles got plenty of scoring from running back Gerett Choat who scored three touchdowns.  Quarterback Jake Sopko contributed with three touchdown passes.

Running back Demario McCall left the game in the second quarter due to a leg injury.  He had six carries for 14 yards on the night.

Next up for Avon is Amherst as North Ridgeville will play Westlake.
