The Avon Eagles beat the Tiffin Columbian Tornadoes 24 to 14 to continue their playoff run. Avon's defense was the star of the game as they forced four turnovers. The Eagles offense got on the board first with a 27-yard field goal and never looked back. Avon's Ross Douglas scored an 8-yard run in the second quarter as the Eagles took a 17 to 7 lead into the half. They added another touchdown in the 4th quarter and the Eagles advance to face Toledo Central Catholic. Allie LaForce has more sights and sounds from the game.
