BEREA, Ohio — Friday was the last training camp practice in front of Browns’ fans, so the offense was putting on a show.

Quarterbacks Brian Hoyer and Johnny Manziel continue to duel it out for the number one job.

Even though the Browns announced Hoyer will start Monday night against the Redskins, Coach Mike Pettine said both men continue to compete and push each other. “I’ve met with both of them and discussed the situation and they are both comfortable with it and they both know that it’s gonna be up to them when they are out there, just go out and do your job. You never want a guy trying to do too much and come out of structure  in order to accomplish something. We keep preaching to our guys just do your job and good things will happen.”

As for the incredible Browns’ fans: total attendance for 2014 training camp was 43,740; the Browns said that’s the third-highest attendance since 2005.
