CLEVELAND, Ohio — The Cleveland Browns are gearing up in anticipation of today’s game against the Baltimore Ravens.

They’ll take the field at FirstEnergy Stadium looking for their second straight win on the young season.

They’ll have a tall task.

The Ravens’ Joe Flacco is the third straight Super Bowl winning quarterback the Browns will have faced off against.

Meantime, Brian Hoyer will look to run his record as the Browns’ starter to five and one.

And then there’s the rivalry between the Browns and the Ravens — the Ravens being, in essence, the former Browns since they were moved to Baltimore by Art Modell.

Coach Mike Pettine said he’s reminded his players about the rivalry’s history.

“If our fans are a little more venomous than usual, this is why. I’d be surprised if most of the guys in the room did know the history. Some of these guys were born in the 90s, so they have no idea.”

The forecast is calling for potentially wet and windy conditions.
