ATLANTA– The Cavaliers dropped a one-sided affair to the Atlanta Hawks on Friday night, snapping a 2-game winning streak down in Atlanta; final score was 108-89.

Cleveland allowed 37 first quarter points as Atlanta took command and never let go.

Al Horford led the Atlanta attack that featured 7 players in double figures. He gunned in 22 while Paul Milsap chipped in with 16.

The Cavaliers All Star Kyrie Irving had a subpar night offensively, missing all 9 shots and coming away with zero points.

Dion Waiters scored the bulk of the Cavs’ points, hitting 13 of 20 shots and scoring 30 points.

Andrew Bynum played 27 minutes and scored 20 points while pulling down 13 rebounds.

Cleveland played very poor defense, allowing the Hawks to shoot 52% from the field

The Cavs are back in action Saturday night as the Los Angeles Clippers visit Quicken Loans Arena.
