Browns’ T.J. Ward Selected to Career-First Pro Bowl

BEREA, Ohio –The NFL announced on Monday that Cleveland Browns Safety T.J. Ward has been selected to his first career Pro Bowl.

Ward was named an alternate on Dec. 27 and now replaces Pittsburgh’s Troy Polamalu who can’t participate because of an injury.

Ward joins tight end Jordan Cameron, wide receiver Josh Gordon, cornerback Joe Haden, center Alex Mack and tackle Joe Thomas in representing Cleveland during the 2014 Pro Bowl at Aloha Stadium in Honolulu on Jan. 26.

The Browns six honorees mark the team’s most since six players reached the Pro Bowl in 2008.
