CLEVELAND — After a successful 3-1 preseason, the Browns were hoping to start the regular season off on the right foot Sunday at FirstEnergy Stadium.

But the Miami Dolphins proved to be the dominant team, winning 23-10.

In what was the first game of the Rob Chudzinski era, Browns fans were hoping for an improved team. But the Browns seemed to appear as before, with a sluggish offense and a solid defense.

Quarterback Brandon Weeden threw three interceptions in just the first half, although the Dolphins only converted three points off the turnovers.  He finished with 23-of-53 passing for 289 yards.

Browns’ tight end Jordan Cameron proved to be the best offensive tool for the team, with nine catches for 108 yards. He scored the team’s only touchdown.

The Browns face a tough match up next week when they look to end a 10-game losing streak in Baltimore.
