Superfood Warm Smoothies

Smoothie #1:  

  • 1 apple
  • 1/4 cup dried mulberries
  • 1/4 cup dry oats
  • 1 tbsp maca powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup almond or rice milk.

Smoothie #2:

  • 1 orange
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 tsp tumeric
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup orange juice or coconut water

Smoothie/latte #3:

  • banana
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tsp matcha tea powder
  • 1 cup hot almond or rice milk

Using a vitamix or high-speed blender, blend on high until slightly warm. Enjoy!
