Acai Bowl – you can get the packs at Whole Foods, Nature’s Bin, Earth Fare or Amazon.
- 1 pack of acai
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup strawberries
- 1 banana
- 2 tablespoons protein powder
- 3/4 cup of juice or coconut water or milk
Blend all together and top with favorite toppings!
Anna’s Komdo Dragon Smoothie! Because it’s got a bite and punch!
- 1/4 cup coconut water
- 1 pitaya (Dragon Fruit) pack available on amazon
- 1/2 cup pineapple
- 1/2 cup mango
- 1/2 banana
Blend all and top with favorite toppings!!
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
- 2/3 cup apple sauce
- 1/4 rolled oats
Blend all ingredients and add cinnamon and fresh cut apples on top!
Coco-Avocado Smoothie Bowl
- Two Avocados
- Raw cacao powder
- Maple syrup
- Sea salt
Blend all and add favorite toppings!!
Chocolate Peanut Butter Bowl for Kids
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 banana’s
- 2 tablespoon almond butter
- 8 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 8 dates
Blend and sprinkle with favorite toppings!
