  • 1 – 8 inch round naan bread
  • 1 1/2 oz Brucato Gourmet Sauce
  • 1/4 cup sharp provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp. pecorino romano cheese, grated
  • 1 pinch dried oregano


Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  Place naan bread on ungreased baking sheet.

Spread 1 oz Brucato Sauce evenly over crust.  Spread sharp provolone cheese evenly over the later of sauce. Spread the rest of the Brucato Sauce evenly over the provolone cheese using you spoon or ladle to press the sauce & cheese together.

Sprinkle pecorino romano & oregano over the top.  Bake for 12-15 minutes.  Allow to cool for 2 minutes.  Cut into small squares or triangles & serve.
