Drink healthy while celebrating the season!

Compliments to: Vitamix



  • 1 ½ cups plain, unsweetened rice milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ orange, peeled
  • 6 pitted dates, dried
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • 2 cups frozen cranberries



  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
  2. Select Variable 1 (or Smoothie setting).
  3. Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10, then High.
  4. Blend for 45 seconds.
