CLEVELAND — The Marble Room is one of the premiere places to dine in Cleveland. Chef Brandon Veres stopped by New Day to share tips on how to make steaks like they do, but at home.

With fall and winter around the corner, Veres demonstrated a cast iron seared, cast iron roasted steak with some of Ohio’s best produce: tomatoes and sweet corn.
