This incredible journey started 12 years ago for me in France when I ‘discovered’ real olive oil and began traveling throughout Provence, the Mediterranean and beyond to immerse myself in all things olive oil. Along the way, I have acquired favorite oils and I am looking forward to sharing these with you in our first ever Online Olive Oil Discovery class! This has been a top favorite class over the years and our online version is even more unique! Along with cooking and baking these olive oil based recipes together in this two hour virtual class, we will: -Be joined live by @organicrootsevoo for a special olive oil tour and Q&A from California! -With each ticket, you will receive a 500ml of Organic 100% Koroneiki Olive Oil and a 250ml bottle of the newest olive oil added in our line up: Organic Sicilian EVOO from the Agrigento region, featuring varieties Nocellara del Belice, Biancolila, Cerasuola.
