Spring Weekend Styles
It’s never too early to start planning for the weekend! Here with some simple spring styles perfect for the weekend was Marcie Horbus, Co-Owner of The District Boutique.
You can find The District Boutique on Massillon Road in Green!
Antique Open House
Spring is also the time of year that a local woman opens up her home to the public. It’s all because of her passion for antiques – we went inside to take a look at her amazing collection.
Emilie’s Spring Open House is this Sunday, April 12th from 1-5pm. She encourages you to come explore and ask questions. Her home is on Elmwood Road in Rocky River.
Have a taste for some Cajun Shrimp and Lobster? We have the perfect spot for you! Willie Jackson, the Chef at Zanzibar, joined us in the kitchen to whip up some of their newest Lobster dishes!
No matter what you’re making for dinner, every cook needs a good olive oil! There’s a local store that specializes in quality oils and much more – David took us inside one of his favorite places – The Olive Scene.
You can find The Olive Scene in Vermilion, Chagrin Falls, and Rocky River.
For the first time in many years, the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo is home to penguins! Natalie headed inside to talk to the Curator of Animals and find out more!
The Penguins exhibit is free with a regular admission ticket to the Zoo. Of course, parking is always free also. You can learn how to save on admission by visiting www.clemetzoo.com
This is not something you see everyday! Natalie got the chance to walk through a 10-foot high inflatable colon! Dr. Jean Ashburn from The Cleveland Clinic joined her to show us the various stages of colon cancer – and how to avoid it.
We’re celebrating the return of baseball season with the help of Dan Malz from Portside Distillery! Dan stopped by to let Natalie sample their 216 Pale Ale that can now be found at The Corner in Progressive Field.
Moss at the Movies
When you’re done cheering on the tribe this weekend – head to the movies! David took you behind-the-scenes of “Danny Collins,” starring Al Pacino.
Why not spend this rainy day brightening up your home? We took you inside Whitmer’s Lighting to help get you started.
Whitmer’s Lighting has three locations in Northeast Ohio – Akron, Westlake and North Olmsted.
