The Last Days of Pompeii

Since the rediscovery of the ancient city of Pompeii in the 1700s, centuries of leading artists have been inspired to re-imagine it their art work. Featuring nearly 100 works, this is the first exhibition to explore this ancient city and eruption of Mount Vesuvius in A.D. 79  through the lens of modern creators and thinkers.

You can check out the exhibit now through Sunday, July 7, 2013 at The Cleveland Museum of Art. Admission is $15 for Adults and free for members.
