CLEVELAND, Ohio -- People from all over Northeast Ohio have captured photos and video Thursday of what's normally a fall phenomenon: fair weather waterspouts.
But with much cooler than average temperatures, conditions are just right to spot the spouts over Lake Erie. As the cold air moves out, the chance for the water spouts will diminish.
