Woman pleads guilty to stealing steaks, vodka from Willoughby Hills store

WILLOUGHBY HILLS, Ohio- Two people were caught stealing steaks and booze from a Willoughby Hills grocery store.

Sherlon Holcomb, 49, of Richmond Heights walked out of Giant Eagle without paying, police said.

Officers found she had stolen steaks, chicken, a bottle of vodka, two 12-packs of Bud Light and assorted condiments totaling $158. Police said Holcomb was with a male companion.

She pleaded guilty to theft and was sentenced to nine days in jail. Holcomb was also ordered to pay a $539 fine.
