CHARDON, Ohio — A woman arrested for leading police on a high-speed chase while drunk and wearing little clothing will spend more than a year in jail.
Erin B. Holdsworth, 29, of Hiram, was sentenced in Chardon Municipal Court to 180 days in jail on charges of drunk driving and driving under suspension.
She was issued an additional 180 days on fleeing and eluding. The sentences are to be served consecutively, and she was given credit for three days already served.
She was also fined and issued a one-year license suspension.
She pleaded guilty to the charges back in July.
Holdsworth was arrested Oct. 11, 2011, after leading police on a chase that reached 128 miles per hour along U.S. Route 422 in Bainbridge.
Stop sticks were used in an effort to slow her down, and she eventually pulled to the side of the road.
Police said she was wearing only a sheer top, panties and wedge heels at the time. The chase was captured on dash camera video.
