WILLOUGHBY, Ohio—Authorities recently arrested a 21-year-old Cleveland woman for making a series of threatening phone calls to two restaurants in Willoughby.

According to an arrest report obtained by Fox 8 News, Jillian Frank, 21, was taken into custody on Friday evening after she placed, roughly 50 threatening calls to a Taco Bell and another 20 to a Pizza Hut on Euclid Avenue.

Frank claimed to have placed a bomb in both locations, according to the report, and told an employee at the Taco Bell that she would, “slit his throat.”

Frank did not attempt to conceal her identity when speaking with employees at the Taco Bell, a location in which she used to work.

When police arrived at her apartment, Frank admitted to authorities that she made the calls to both locations.

According to the report Frank told the arresting officers that she thought harassing the restaurants was, “funny.”

Frank has been charged with harassing communication, menacing and inducing panic.

Her case has been referred to the Willoughby Municipal Court.
