A local company made its Super Bowl debut Sunday in a big way — and it looks to be a win!

Just when many of the ads were starting to bring us down, Loctite made us laugh!

The Westlake-based adhesive company, which makes Super Glue, spent its entire annual ad budget, $4.5 million, on the commercial.

The ad was based on the “Win at Glue” campaign, which includes several YouTube videos that end with the well-known Loctite dance.

The commercial shows people dancing while wearing fanny packs and using Loctite to glue things together. It ends with a couple that say “Loctite glue saved our marriage.”

It got rave reviews on Twitter; many used the hashtag #WinAtGlue. So maybe that means it was worth the financial risk!
