Wayne County Sheriff’s Office searching for inmate who walked out of hospital

WOOSTER – Jericho Hill is wanted after he walked out of Wooster Community Hospital on March 3. He still had an IV in his arm.

Hill is a convicted felon and was arrested on Feb. 20 for violating his probation, according to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office. On March 2, he was taken to the hospital for treatment.

He was released on March 3, due to the possibility of a longer stay at the hospital, on a signature bond.  It was understood that he would return to jail after his hospital release.

Two hours after signing, he got up and walked out of the hospital.

He was not under direct supervision of any officers at the time he escaped from the hospital.
