Wayne County firefighters rescue puppies abandoned on side of road

DALTON, Ohio– Three precious pups have new homes thanks to the East Wayne Fire District.

Members rescued the puppies, which were abandoned on the side of the road, on Thursday.

The East Wayne Fire District bathed and fed the cuties, currently named Spark, Smoke and Cinder. They have an appointment with a veterinarian on Friday.

The pups have all been claimed and will soon go to their forever families.
