CLEVELAND — Numerous traffic changes and shifts will continue to take place as crews work on the new Innerbelt Bridge.
At 8 p.m. Thursday, the W. 14th Street on-ramp to I-90 east towards downtown will close. The closure will be in place until the completion of the second new Innerbelt Bridge in late 2016.
Interstate 90 in both directions between I-490 and I-77 will also be closed overnight.
Tonight, I-90 will be closed in BOTH directions between I-490 and I-77 from 8p-6a tomorrow morning. Detour using I-77 and I-490.

Other impacts include the closure of the E. 14th Street entrance ramp to I-90 west and Ontario Street exit from I-90 east, which will be closed until late 2016.
The E. 9th and Ontario on-ramps to I-90 west are open to the new bridge, however there is no access to I-71 south using these ramps.
ODOT is encouraging drivers to use the alternate route of I-490 and I-77 where an extra lane has been added to accommodate the additional traffic. Access to all downtown Cleveland exits is maintained on the alternate route.
