(WJW)— FOX 8’s award-winning ‘Friday Night Touchdown’ is back for its 27th season and better than ever.
Week #5 of ‘Friday Night Touchdown’ airs this Friday, Sept. 15 at 11 p.m.
The polls are closed and the next FOX 8 Game of the Week of the 2023 season is Avon at North Ridgeville!
It’s a battle of unbeatens, with first place in the Southwestern Conference on the line.
Avon (4-0) has won 11 straight regular season games, including a huge win over defending Division IV State Champion Glenville in Week 3.
North Ridgeville (4-0) is coming off an upset win at Olmsted Falls last week and the Rangers are the first team to win the Game of the Week poll in consecutive weeks.
Each week during the 2023 high school football regular season we will nominate four great match-ups for our FOX 8 Game of the Week.
We will announce the winning game live every Thursday night on FOX 8 News at 10 p.m.
