BEAVER COUNTY, Pennsylvania- Dash cam video shows an outrageous police chase, where a woman, who is handcuffed, steals a police cruiser and drives at speeds of 100 mph through Center Township in Beaver County.

According to WPXI, the woman was pulled over for suspicion of shoplifting; she crawled through the glass partition in the cruiser and started driving with her hands behind her back.

Center Township Police Chief Barry Kramer told WPXI, “With her back turned and her hands cuffed behind her back, she manages to put it in gear and drive. And from what we can gather, she drove at very high speeds with that position somehow manipulating the gears and steering the wheel. Thank God no one else was hurt. She put a lot of lives in danger.”

The woman finally ditched the cruiser; she was arrested a short time later.
