PHOENIX, Arizona – Police in Phoenix released surveillance video of a driver who ran a red light and nearly hit a family crossing the street with a baby in their stroller.
The car was stopped by another vehicle that crashed into it.
The family walked away without a scratch.
Police say the driver took off, but a witness went after him.
The driver faces multiple charges.
