CLEVELAND – Cleveland police made two arrests early Saturday morning after they located a stolen vehicle that they say has been involved in a number of crimes, including the robbery of a Case Western Reserve University student on March 1st.
It began at around 10 p.m., when a woman reported her car stolen by several teenagers in the area of 3584 East 116th Street. The suspects were also in a stolen Ford Escape, which is the vehicle wanted in the other cases. Police report that there were four suspects.
At about 1 a.m., the Ford was spotted on Colfax Road. After a short chase, which ended on Wade Oval, two juveniles were arrested. The other two are still at large and driving the stolen 2009 Mercury Milan.
