Two brands of chili recalled from Giant Eagle for undeclared peanut allergen

The FDA is recalling some chili items from Giant Eagle stores and their GetGo hot bars for an undeclared peanut allergen.

In their stores, the recalls include the Market District firehouse chili with beans cup, the Market District firehouse chili with beans served at the hot bar, the Market District white chicken chili cup, the Market District white chicken chili cup served at the hot bar and the Good Cents chili with beans cup.

At the GetGo hot bars, only the Market District firehouse chili with beans cup is being recalled.

Giant Eagle is telling consumers not to eat these products if a peanut allergy is present and to return them to Giant Eagle for a full refund.
