‘Turn around, don’t drown’: Bucyrus police issue warning after local park floods

BUCYRUS, Ohio — Bucyrus police are warning residents to be cautious in the wake of recent flooding.

According to their Facebook post, the Harmon Park area has flooded.

One citizen attempted to drive their truck through high water and got stuck.

Police remind residents to not attempt driving through water and to “turn around, don’t drown.”

Officials hope the water recedes in time for Tuesday soccer games.
