CLEVELAND, Ohio -- All lanes of I-77 northbound reopened just before 7 a.m. Friday after a tractor trailer overturned.
The rollover happened just before 3 a.m. Friday along I-77 northbound on the ramp to I-90 eastbound near the E. 9th St. exit.
The northbound lanes of the highway were closed around 5 a.m. for crews to remove the cab.
The trailer will not be uprighted and moved until after the morning rush hour, ODOT said.
The driver of the semi was transported to MetroHealth Medical Center in serious condition. The driver's name was not immediately available.
