CLEVELAND (WJW) — A man is dead after a crash involving a motorcycle and a truck on Interstate 90 East Friday afternoon, causing lane restrictions and backed up traffic in the area.

It happened on I-90 eastbound at the West 25th Street exit. According to Cleveland police, the motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene.

Multiple lanes were blocked near the West 25th Street exit, according to the Ohio Department of Transportation.

As of 5 p.m., ODOT cameras showed all lanes of traffic were being merged into the leftmost lane around the scene, while the exit remained open. The roadway has since been cleared.
