CLEVELAND (WJW) – A portion of 77 Northbound, near Cleveland, reopened around 10:30 a.m. after being shut down for hours Monday morning.
All five lanes of 77 N were closed at Fleet Avenue due to an overturned dump truck. Traffic was backed up for miles and stretched south of Grant Avenue.
Video from SkyFOX showed dirt spilled onto the highway.
It’s not clear what caused the crash or if anyone was hurt.
