BEACHWOOD, Ohio– The FOX 8 I-Team obtained exclusive video of police making a bust for a violent hold-up at a local mall.

It happened thanks to some sharp eyes on patrol on a busy street.

A Cuyahoga Heights officer spotted a stolen car driving past him Friday at about 11 p.m.  The car had been stolen from a woman at gun point on Nov. 4 in the parking lot of the Saks Fifth Avenue store in Beachwood.

The Cuyahoga Heights officer attempted to stop the car, but the suspects fled.  Newburgh Heights police assisted and caught part of the chase on dash camera.

The suspects drove to Dove Avenue in Cleveland and then ran from the car.  Police were able to arrest three.

“The three arrested were juveniles,” said Newburgh Heights Police Officer John Majoy. “It’s a very scary situation.  Juveniles with a gun committing a crime of violence.”

Police are continuing to search for the other two suspects.
