CLEVELAND— The Cleveland Division of Police says its gang impact unit continues to investigate a SWAT situation in the Warehouse District Monday night.

Officers responded to reports of shots fired at Krush Clothing on West 9th Street at about 7 p.m. According to police, officers learned there may be suspects inside the store with guns.

A short time later, detectives arrested a man with a large amount of money in his backpack nearby. Officers arrested two other suspects, but no one was charged. Possible charges range from felonious assault to having weapons while under a disability.

Cleveland police said one gun was seized from inside Krush and another from a car.

The SWAT team and canine units searched the scene, but no other suspects were found in the business.

Investigators interviewed employees and witnesses, but there are conflicting stories of what happened.
