Power restored for 2,000 Cleveland residents after balloons caused outage, CPP says

CLEVELAND (WJW) — Cleveland Public Power says some residents were without power on Sunday after balloons released at West 58th and Herman Avenue caused an outage.

About 2,000 customers along Detroit Ave in Cleveland from West 45th to West 85th were impacted.

CPP says crews resolved the problem around noon restoring power to all.
