HOUSTON, Texas – Some teens took a few too many photos on the iPad they stole, and it ended up getting them caught.

Last week, Randy Schaefer told KTRK his truck was broken into. There was a laptop, iPad and about $5k in cash stolen.

Schaefer was upset, but knew finding everything was a long shot.

Until the thieves made a mistake.

Schaefer checked his iCloud and found some photos taken by two men, there were stacks on money in their hands and Schaefer knew what he was seeing.

The men also filmed a video, stating their names and how they came upon the money.

They have yet to be caught, but the evidence is probably not in their favor.
