BAY VILLAGE, Ohio- Police say three teens turned themselves in to police late last week in the Ice Bucket Challenge bullying investigation.

Last week, authorities announced five teens were charged in the attack on a 15-year-old boy with autism.

The teens– who range in age from 14-16– are accused of dumping a bucket of human waste and tobacco spit over the teen’s head on Aug. 18; it was captured on video.

Bay Village police asked the three juveniles who are facing more serious charges to come to the police station with their parents to surrender and be booked.

They were then released back to their parents, pending an appearance in Juvenile Court; the other two juveniles will be summoned to appear before the Juvenile Court Intake and Diversion Office.
