GREEN, Ohio– The 16-year-old who was found dead in a hotel in Green has been identified.
The teen was found unresponsive in a room of the Super 8 on Corporate Woods Parkway shortly before 7 p.m. Wednesday.
The Summit County Medical Examiner’s Office identified him as Andrew Frye, of Akron. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
There were no signs of trauma, the medical examiner’s office said.
According to the Summit County Sheriff’s Office, Frye was staying at the Super 8 with his mother and her friend.
