CLEVELAND -  Halloween is two weeks away and for most children, trick or treating is a fun, candy-filled night.

But there are children who have severe food allergies, and for them, trick or treating can be at the least, a disappointing time and at the worst, a major risk to their health.

That's where The Teal Pumpkin Project comes in. Houses that display a pumpkin painted in teal send the signal that they are giving out non-food treats to all the little ghosts and goblins that visit their homes.
