SPENCER, North Carolina — A teacher has been suspended after being recorded telling a student that the teen could be arrested for speaking negatively about President Barack Obama.

According to a post on the Salisburypost.com, Social Studies Teacher Tanya Dixon-Neely was suspended on Monday morning for the comments and her action in the argument.
