How long does it take you to pick out an outfit?

According to a survey by uniform supplier, Simon Jersey,  the average woman spends more than one hour per week trying to figure out what to wear.

That adds up to three days a year or five months over a woman’s lifetime.

The study also says half of women worry about their outfit the night before and lay out their clothes. Many are concerned their attire won’t be appropriate for work or what the weather is going to be like.

Despite all the planning, two-thirds of women admit to trying on multiple outfits before leaving the house.
