Up in Buffalo, people there woke up to ice covered car windows from rain that changed to snow overnight.

According to WKBW in Buffalo, one unlucky driver will need more than an ice scraper to dig out his car that now resembles an ice sculpture. The car was parked along Lake Erie in Buffalo and the picture has since gone viral.

The adverse weather conditions closed schools in Buffalo and delayed schools in Northeast Ohio.
