CLEVELAND– Another round of wicked weather rolled through Northeast Ohio, just in time to mess up Friday night  Fourth of July weekend plans.

Heavy rains caused lots of flooding in the late afternoon.

This video was taken by Donald Mullins of I480 and Ridge Road right after 6 p.m.

Bedford Heights police had to actually save some drivers who tried to drive through a flooded road. No one was injured but their message was powerful: Turn around, don’t drown.
