CLEVELAND– Another round of wicked weather rolled through Northeast Ohio, just in time to mess up Friday night Fourth of July weekend plans.
Heavy rains caused lots of flooding in the late afternoon.

Bedford Heights police had to actually save some drivers who tried to drive through a flooded road. No one was injured but their message was powerful: Turn around, don’t drown.
