CLEVELAND, Ohio (WJW) – A water main break on Cleveland’s eastside stranded vehicles and some drivers early Friday morning.

Harvard Avenue, between E. 127th and E. 138th Street, was closed.

Here is a look at the scene at about 7: 30 a.m. from SkyFOX.

Video from the scene earlier showed people stranded and having to have their vehicles towed out of the rushing water.

Some other roads in the area are also impacted.

SkyFOX also spotted an incredible rescue by a good samaritan who ‘piggybacked’ a woman to safety. Watch the video below:

It’s not clear what caused the water main to break.
