A lawyer for Bobby Brown, the father of Bobbi Kristina Brown, has denied that Bobbi will be taken off life support Feb. 11 — on the third anniversary of her mother’s death.

According to FoxNews, Brown’s lawyer, Christopher Brown, released a statement Tuesday addressing concerns regarding what he called “false reports” in the reporting of Bobbi’s Kristina’s situation.

“The false reports that continue to appear in print and on the internet are egregious, false and will be dealt with at an appropriate time. This is a criminal investigation, and the integrity of that process requires silence.”

Media reports earlier Tuesday said that Bobbi Kristina’s family decided to take her off life support on Feb. 11, the the third anniversary of the death of Whitney Houston.

Bobbi Kristina, 21, was found facedown in a bathtub full of water in her Atlanta area home on Jan. 31. She was unresponsive and not breathing when she was found.

She’s been in a medically induced coma ever since.

Investigators are focusing on her boyfriend, Nick Gordon, as they try to determine what exactly happened.

In the statement released Tuesday, Bobby Brown said: “We continue to request privacy in this matter. we thank everyone that supported the vigil for Bobbi Kristina. God is hearing our prayers.”
