CLEVELAND, Ohio — Major League Baseball announced on Monday that pop star Rachel Platten  will sing the National Anthem before Game 1, and country duo LOCASH will perform it for Game 2 of the World Series.

But, do you remember who sang the Star-Spangled Banner the last time the Indians were in the World Series?

If you guessed Hanson, you’d be correct.  Those “MMMBop” boys were just babies when they belted out, “Oh, say, can you see,” at the 1997 World Series against the Florida Marlins.

At the time, Hanson was a chart-topping band along with Spice Girls, Backstreet Boys, Puff Daddy and Boys II Men.
